About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate who takes ownership of quality and accuracy in daily operations.

This position is best suited for someone who understands the importance of safe handling, correct order fulfillment, and maintaining organized inventory systems.

If you are someone who works carefully, moves efficiently, and takes pride in getting shipments out correctly the first time, this role may be a great fit.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Core Responsibilities

Shipping & Order Processing

  • Prepare and ship UPS orders daily (approximately 40–60 orders when applicable).
  • Ensure all shipments are packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Maintain accurate processing of packing lists and inventory documentation.

Receiving & Material Handling

  • Unpack, verify, and process spare parts and accessories for customer orders.
  • Receive and organize airfreight and container shipments.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Inventory Control

  • Support weekly and monthly inventory verification.
  • Participate in monthly machine inventory counts.
  • Ensure inventory is stored properly and remains organized.

Warehouse Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Assist with space utilization and material organization.

Machinery Packaging & Crating

  • Assist with building protective crates around machinery to help ensure safe transportation when needed.

  • Package machinery in a manner that helps protect shipments during LTL freight transit.

Note: This is not a primary responsibility of the role but may be assigned as a backup task when support is needed.

 

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

  • 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus).
  • Experience unloading freight containers is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
