Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives in our New Castle, DE office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers over the phone, and is confident in closing sales. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable handling a high volume of calls, and possess a proactive, results-driven mindset.
A strong mechanical aptitude is a major advantage, as we specialize in woodworking machinery. Experience in inside sales, industrial products, or capital equipment is preferred—but we are willing to train motivated candidates with transferable skills.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with business owners and private customers to understand their needs
- Recommend machines, tools, and accessories tailored to each application
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls
- Prepare and present quotes and close sales opportunities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process
- Participate in occasional trade shows across the United States
- Progress through a structured training program covering equipment from entry-level machines to advanced CNC systems
Qualifications
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Strong closing ability and sales confidence
- High-volume phone sales experience preferred
- Mechanical or technical mindset is a plus
- Comfortable with CRM systems and general computer use
- Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows
- Woodworking or industrial experience is a plus (not required)
